MED-HUBs Call for Mentors
The MED-HUBS call for mentors seeks experienced professionals to support blue economy startups through tailored coaching, technical guidance, and business development expertise within the acceleration programme
TYPE OF CALL: Call for mentors to participate in an acceleration programme, providing expert guidance and support to selected startups.
SECTORS / DOMAIN: Blue economy, including sustainable fisheries, aquaculture, marine renewable energy, sustainable maritime transport, and smart ports and marinas.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS: Individual experts and professionals with relevant expertise in the blue economy, innovation, business development, or investment.
SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated experience in mentoring, entrepreneurship, or innovation support; strong technical or business background relevant to the blue economy; ability to support startups in scaling and market positioning; availability to participate in programme activities.
ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED: Provision of tailored mentoring and coaching; technical and business advisory; support in business model refinement, go-to-market strategies, improve investment readiness, and support pilot deployment within the MED-hubs testbeds in Spain and Italy (April-June 2026).
ENGAGEMENT DURATION: Aligned with the programme timeline (April 2026 to September 2027), with higher intensity during the core acceleration phase (April–June 2026).
