Live Style Europe III- The HUBS

Live Style Europe III (LSE III) is a collaborative initiative aimed at empowering the live music sector by providing essential tools, resources, and advocacy for venues, clubs, and festivals. The initiative focuses on post-COVID recovery, audience engagement, artistic diversity, and sustainability.
Type of projects to be funded: The projects should address identified challenges within the Live DMA network, such as inclusion, gender gaps, green transition, and audience behaviours. Activities may include team mobility, joint workshops, and pilot projects.
Sectors / domain: Live music sector, including venues, clubs, and festivals.
Individual or consortium: Only Live DMA members can apply, and they must form consortia of 2 or more members.
Specific eligibility requirements: Eligible applicants are national or regional live music associations that are members of Live DMA. Each member can participate in only one HUB.
Specific topics or challenges: Projects should tackle issues like inclusion, accessibility, and rising costs.
Projects duration: 18 months, starting from 1 March 2026 to 1 September 2027.
Budget, funding rates and payment conditions:
Funding rate: Fixed grant amount depending on the number of partners. For 2 partners, the grant is €6,000; for 3 partners, €9,000.
Budget conditions / limitations: Grants cannot be used to make a profit or for double funding.
Payments: 90% upon contract signing and 10% after submission and approval of the final report.

- Opening of the call: 1 June 2025
- Application deadline: 15 November 2025
- Results notification: 19 December 2025
- Project start: 1 March 2026
- Project end: 1 September 2027.
