Evolve2Care - Open Call for Innovators and Living Labs
Healthcare Innovators connect with Living Labs and get up to €5000 worth of services to validate your Transitional Care solution
The Evolve2Care Open Call seeks to foster collaboration between innovators and Living Labs across Europe to drive advancements in HealthTech innovation. Innovators with novel ideas and certified Living Labs capable of providing facilities and expertise for testing and validation are encouraged to participate. This initiative will fund the costs for Living Labs to offer their services to selected innovators.
TYPE OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED: The Open Call targets projects that involve testing and validation of innovative HealthTech solutions. Proposals must demonstrate a high potential for impact and innovation, feasibility, and alignment with Evolve2Care objectives.
SECTORS / DOMAIN: HealthTech.
INDIVIDUAL OR CONSORTIUM: Projects must be submitted by mini-consortia consisting of one Innovator and one or more Living Labs.
SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Innovators can be: SMEs/companies, independent researchers or group of researchers, research organisations, Associations, Foundations or Clusters in the health care sector.
- Living Labs must be ENoLL-certified and located in EU member states or associated countries.
- Technology Readiness Level (TRL) between 3 and 6.
SPECIFIC TOPICS OR CHALLENGES: Projects should focus on HealthTech innovations ready for real-world experimentation.
PROJECTS DURATION: The expected duration for funded projects is a maximum of 6 months.
BUDGET, FUNDING RATES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- Funding rate: 100% (equity-free funding)
- Budget conditions / limitations: Each project can receive a maximum of EUR 5,000, paid to the Living Labs.
- Payments: The grant is disbursed at the end of the collaboration, upon reception of the final report.
KEY DATES:
- Opening date: 17 March 2025
- Closing date: 13 October 2025
- Cut-off dates: 26 May 2025, 28 July 2025, 13 October 2025.
