This final call invites projects to address challenges in music export, live venue sustainability, and digital circulation. The programme supports initiatives lasting between 10 and 12 months, starting in April 2025 and concluding by March 2026. Participants can apply for lump sum grants in three strands: €20,000, €40,000, and €60,000, depending on the project scope and objectives.

For example, the G.L.O.R.I.A. project, led by Haldern Pop Bar uG (Germany), is a 12-month initiative enriching the cultural and community fabric of Haldern, a small rural town near the Dutch border with a vibrant live music scene. The project integrates culinary arts into the live music experience at the Haldern Pop Bar, a renowned venue hosting over 30 concerts annually by European bands, fostering cultural exchange and innovation.
Similarly, Digitalfems in Spain focuses on gender equality in MusicTech by hosting workshops and live events for female and non-binary artists and developing a framework to include gender data in music metadata, advocating for systemic changes and greater inclusivity in the industry. Who Can Apply?
The call is open to public or private organizations with a legal personality and at least one year of relevant experience in music export, live music venues, or digital innovation. Applicants must be based in a Creative Europe Participating Country and demonstrate how their projects will deliver European-added value. This can include scalability, cross-border collaboration, and knowledge dissemination that benefits the wider music ecosystem.

Proposal Requirements for LIVEMX

Evaluation and Selection Process
Payment and Funding
The total budget allocated for grants in the LIVEMX project is €4,000,000 of which €2,980,000 has already been distributed through the First and Second Open Calls. The Third and final Call for Projects is divided into three strands, each offering a fixed grant amount. The grants are provided as lump sums, distributed as follows:
- Strand A: €60,000
- Strand B: €40,000
- Strand C: €20,000
Projects selected for funding will receive payments in two installments. The first installment, which covers 70% of the total grant, will be paid upon the signing of the contract. The remaining 30% will be distributed upon submission and approval of the final report. The programme adheres to strict rules of non-profit and non-duplication of funding to ensure full transparency and accountability.
